对8个葡萄品种果实采后衰老情况以及相关基因的表达进行了分析,发现欧美杂交种葡萄‘藤稔’、‘夕阳红’和‘信侬乐’Vv NCED1、Vv ACO1、Vv PG基因表达水平高,葡萄果实耐压力、耐拉力下降明显,落粒数增加,其耐贮性较低;欧亚杂交种葡萄‘红地球’、‘黄意大利’和‘美人指’Vv POD2、Vv Mn SOD基因表达水平高,果实的耐压力、耐拉力相对下降较慢,落粒数较低,其耐贮性也较高。表明葡萄贮藏过程中衰老相关基因的表达量能够反映出葡萄的耐贮性好坏。
The fruit senescence of eight grape cultivars and the expression of related genes were analyzed. The results showed that the expression levels of Vv NCED1, Vv ACO1 and Vv PG genes in European and American hybrid grape ’Fujiminori’, ’Nipponbare’ and ’Nong Nong Le’ High, grape fruit stress, resistance to pull down significantly, drop number increased, its storage resistance is low; Europe and Asia hybrid grape ’Red Globe’, ’Yellow Italy’ and ’beauty finger’ Vv POD2, Vv Mn SOD gene The expression level is high, the stress resistance of the fruit, the relative decline of the tensile resistance is relatively slow, the number of falling grains is lower, and the storage stability is also higher. The results showed that the expression of aging-related genes during the storage of grape could reflect the storability of grape.
