以人为本、全面协调可持续的科学发展观,是对马克思主义发展观的继承、创新和发展。科学发展观是我国五十多年建设经验的科学概括,是中国特色社会主义历史主题的进一步展开,是我国经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设的指导思想。科学发展观具有创新性、科学性、系统性、指导性(简称“四性”),我们必须深刻理解、准确把握,在构建社会主义和谐社会中自觉运用。
A people-oriented and comprehensively coordinated and sustainable scientific concept of development is the inheritance, innovation and development of the Marxist concept of development. The scientific concept of development is a scientific summary of China’s experience in building more than 50 years and is the historical theme of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is the guiding ideology of our country’s economic construction, political construction, cultural construction and social construction. The concept of scientific development is innovative, scientific, systematic and guiding (referred to as “the four”). We must profoundly understand and accurately grasp and consciously apply it in building a harmonious socialist society.
