第一条 为了加强对勘察设计单位资质的动态管理和市场的监督管理,促进勘察设计单位自身建设、提高工程勘察设计质量与水平,根据国家有关法规,制定本办法。 第二条 年检的范围:凡经国务院有关部门和地方建设行政主管部门核发资质证书的工程勘察设计单位,均应按本办法接受年检。 第三条 年检的内容: (一)勘察设计资质的现实情况。 (二)上一年度完成的工程勘察设计项目合同情况、工程数量、规模、质量及效益情况。 (三)遵守《建筑法》、《建筑工程勘察和设计单位资质管理规定》(建设部令第60号)和《建设工程勘
