目的:分析无痛人工流产终止早孕的临床效果。方法:选取88例自愿终止早孕女性,随机分为观察组(44例)和对照组(44例),分别给予无痛人工流产术和药物流产,分析其临床效果。结果:观察组阴道流血出血情况及阴道出血持续时间少于对照组(P<0.05),观察组完全流产率100%,对照组为90.9%,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:无痛人工流产术终止早孕具有显著疗效,阴道流血量大,持续时间短,值得应用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of painless abortion termination of early pregnancy. Methods: Eighty - eight women who voluntarily terminated early pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases). Painless abortion and medical abortion were given respectively. The clinical effect was analyzed. Results: The vaginal bleeding and duration of vaginal bleeding in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P <0.05). The rate of complete abortion was 100% in the observation group and 90.9% in the control group, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Painless induced abortion termination of early pregnancy has a significant effect, vaginal bleeding volume, duration is short, it is worth applying.
