目的:探讨大鼠左侧精索静脉曲张后同侧附睾上皮细胞凋亡与附睾管腔中-α1,4-葡糖苷酶和唾液酸含量改变的关系及意义。方法:16只雄性SD大鼠建立左侧精索静脉曲张模型,分为对照组和实验组,每组8只。缺口末端转移酶标记技术检测附睾上皮细胞凋亡;硝基酚法和5-甲基苯二酚法分别检测附睾管腔液-α1,4-葡糖苷酶和唾液酸含量。结果:大鼠左侧精索静脉曲张模型建立后的第7 d,实验组同侧附睾上皮细胞凋亡指数显著高于对照组(P<0.001);实验组附睾管腔液-α1,4-葡糖苷酶、唾液酸含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.005)。结论:大鼠左侧精索静脉曲张可导致同侧附睾上皮细胞凋亡增加,进而影响该侧附睾上皮细胞的合成和分泌功能。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the apoptosis of ipsilateral epididymis epithelium and the content of -alpha1,4-glucosidase and sialic acid in the epididymal lumen after left varicocele in rats. Methods: A total of 16 male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into control group and experimental group, with 8 rats in each group. Apoptosis of epididymal epithelial cells was detected by nick-end-transferase-labeling technique. The contents of α-1,4-glucosidase and sialic acid in the epididymis were detected by nitrophenol method and 5-methylhydroxybenzene method respectively. Results: On the 7th day after establishment of left varicocele model, apoptosis index of epididymal epithelium in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.001) The content of glucosidase and sialic acid was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05, P <0.005). CONCLUSION: Left varicocele in rats can lead to increased apoptosis of ipsilateral epididymis epithelium cells, which may affect the synthesis and secretion of epididymal epithelial cells.
