远棉一号是由河北省石家庄地区农科所与中国科学院遗传研究所合作,采用棉属种间杂交,杂交幼胚离体培养、试管内染色体加倍等高新技术与常规育种相结合,经近20年时间培育而成,其组合为:冀棉8号×{[(科遗2号×皖紫)F_1×(长德184+Δ9+陕401)]×黑山棉1号}。 一、产量高:经过几年计产试验,霜前亩产皮棉82.6—99.5千克,比对照增产3.2~11.6%。1991年参加了中国、美国、西班牙、叙利亚国际间种质资源评估试验,在国内石家庄试点,平均亩产皮棉69.0千克、比国外产量最高的参试品种美86—16还增产8.2%。 在示范过程中也充分体现了它的高产和抗逆性强,如威县1991年在旱薄地试种3亩,平均亩产皮
