我们制种时用的广口瓶,每个瓶塞需用25克棉花。为了节约用棉,我们改用了牛皮纸包扎瓶口,经多次试验,效果良好。用棉花塞瓶口是为了防止杂菌侵入,并能透进微量氧气供菌种生长,而牛皮纸也同样能达到这一目的。牛皮纸封口扎好,灭菌时纸湿后很快就干,不易生长杂菌。
