本文介绍了方坯连铸中产生漏钢、角部表面纵裂和菱形形变的原因及排除方法。对结晶器出口处的铸坯凝壳因受钢水静压力而产生的纵向、横向应力和弯矩,进行了三种情况的计算。实践证明,缩小结晶器下口至第一个夹辊中心的距离及缩小第一段辊子的间距对克服漏钢、表面纵裂和菱形变形均有显著效果。
This article describes the causes of billets, rhombic surface cracks and rhombic deformation in billet continuous casting, and their elimination methods. Three cases were calculated for the longitudinal and transverse stresses and moments due to the hydrostatic pressure on the cast strand shell at the outlet of the mold. Practice has proved that narrowing the mouth of the mold to the first nip roller center distance and reduce the pitch of the first section of the roller to overcome breakout, surface longitudinal cracking and rhombic deformation have a significant effect.
