目的研究新疆产维吾尔药用植物香青兰Dracocephalum moldavica L.地上部分化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法和薄层色谱法分离化合物,用1H-NMR1、3C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从香青兰乙醇提取物中分离得到5个化合物,经波谱分析鉴定为,熊果酸(ursolie acid)(Ⅰ),齐墩果酸(Oleanolic acid)(Ⅱ)金合欢素(acacetin)(Ⅲ),日本椴苷(tilianin)(Ⅳ),化合物Ⅴ正在鉴定中。结论该工作分离纯化所得到的化合物初步探讨了香青兰的物质基础。
Objective To study the chemical constituents aboveground of Dracocephalum moldavica L., a medicinal plant of Xinjiang Uyghur medicine. Methods The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and TLC. Their structures were identified by 1H-NMR1,3C-NMR spectroscopy. Results Five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Herba Cymbidium, identified by spectroscopic analysis as ursolie acid (Ⅰ), oleanolic acid (Ⅱ) acacetin ( Ⅲ), tilianin (Ⅳ) and compound V are under identification. Conclusion The work of separation and purification of the compounds obtained initially discussed the material basis of Cymbidium.
