目的了解新疆乌鲁木齐地区医疗卫生机构二级生物安全实验室(BSL-2)现状,对实验室的安全状况作初步分析,为进一步加强和规范乌鲁木齐地区二级生物安全实验室管理提供科学依据。方法以该地区29家医疗卫生机构作为调查对象,通过专家现场查验、实验室相关资料审核、填写统一检查表并最终通过讨论提出整改意见获取资料。结果在调查的10项指标中,有5项指标的符合率达到80%以上,即组织领导与人员管理、生物安全管理体系、实验活动备案、意外事故及消毒灭菌;实验室设施及布局、个人防护用品、标识以及年检报告的符合情况较差,符合率分别为58.6%、62.1%、74.1%、43.1%。结论乌鲁木齐地区BSL-2总体状况良好,实验室设施及布局、个人防护用品、标识以及年检报告等方面不符合有关规定或存在薄弱环节,有待进一步完善与提高。
Objective To understand the status quo of the secondary biosafety laboratory (BSL-2) in medical and health institutions in Urumqi, Xinjiang, and to conduct preliminary analysis on the safety status of the laboratories in order to provide a scientific basis for further strengthening and standardizing secondary biosafety laboratory management in Urumqi. Methods Twenty-nine medical and health institutions in the area were surveyed, field inspection by experts, review of relevant laboratory materials, completion of a unified checklist, and finally suggestions for improvement through discussions. Results Among the 10 indicators surveyed, the coincidence rate of 5 indicators reached more than 80%, namely organizational leadership and personnel management, biosafety management system, record of laboratory activities, accident and sterilization; laboratory facilities and layout, Personal protective equipment, logo and annual inspection report in line with the situation is poor, the rates were 58.6%, 62.1%, 74.1%, 43.1%. Conclusion The BSL-2 in Urumqi is generally in good condition. The facilities and layout of laboratories, personal protective equipment, labeling and annual inspection reports are not in conformity with relevant regulations or have weak links, which needs further improvement and improvement.
