采用分子印迹技术合成了对农药精喹禾灵有高选择性的印迹聚合物。该聚合物以精喹禾灵为模板分子,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)作为自由基引发剂。用紫外光谱和红外光谱对印迹聚合物性能进行了研究。对不同底物的结合实验结果表明,该聚合物对精喹禾灵具有良好的选择性吸附。Scatchard分析表明,精喹禾灵与MAA形成两类不同的结合位点,离解常数分别为Kd1=8×10-5mol/L和Kd2=1.34×103mol/L。该聚合物对精喹禾灵呈现出高的选择性,有明显的开发应用价值。
The imprinted polymers with high selectivity to pesticide quizalofop-p-ethyl were synthesized by molecular imprinting technique. The polymer uses quizalofop-p-ethyl as a template molecule, methacrylic acid (MAA) as a functional monomer, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as a crosslinking agent, and azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as a free Base initiator. The properties of imprinted polymers were studied by UV and IR spectra. The binding experiments on different substrates showed that the polymer had good selective adsorption to quizalofop-p-ethyl. Scatchard analysis showed that quizalofop-p-ethyl and MAA formed two different binding sites with dissociation constants of Kd1 = 8 × 10-5mol / L and Kd2 = 1.34 × 103mol / L, respectively. The polymer exhibits high selectivity to quizalofop-p-ethyl, which has obvious development and application value.
