绿色木霉防治温室灰霉病研究(英文)

[目的]研究绿色木霉活孢子制剂应用于温室蔬菜灰霉病的防治效果。[方法]采用固态发酵法制备绿色木霉NW-411活孢子制剂,稀释至106~107孢子/g进行大田防治试验,观察人工接种灰霉病的黄瓜及番茄植株的性状变化,统计防治效果。[结果]未经绿色木霉孢子稀释液处理的黄瓜及番茄植株均可被侵染,性状变化各异。绿色木霉孢子制剂对温室黄瓜及番茄灰霉病的防效显著,孢子浓度控制在2.3×106~2.3×107孢子/g最佳。可使黄瓜及番茄植株发病率分别降至4.2%和3.1%,与未处理的植株相比,发病率分别降低了29.8%和39.1%,生物防治效果达到87%以上,且能明显增强植株长势。[结论]绿色木霉活孢子制剂不但对灰霉病防效显著,而且能明显增强温室植株长势,是一种安全、环保的生物制剂,在大规模绿色蔬菜生产中值得推广。 [Objective] The research aimed to study the application of Trichoderma viride live spore preparation in controlling greenhouse Botrytis cinerea. [Method] The live Trichoderma NW-411 live spore preparation was prepared by solid state fermentation and diluted to 106 ~ 107 spores / g for field control experiment. The changes of cucumber and tomato plants inoculated with Botrytis cinerea were observed and the control effect was statistically analyzed. [Result] Cucumber and tomato plants that had not been treated with Trichoderma viride were infected with different traits. The control effect of Trichoderma viride on greenhouse cucumber and tomato gray mold was significant, and the spore concentration was controlled at 2.3 × 106 ~ 2.3 × 107 spores / g. The cucumber and tomato plants could reduce their incidence to 4.2% and 3.1% respectively. Compared with untreated plants, the incidence of cucumber and tomato decreased by 29.8% and 39.1% respectively, and the biological control effect reached more than 87% . [Conclusion] The live Trichoderma viride spore preparation not only has significant control effect on Botrytis cinerea, but also can significantly enhance the plant growth in the greenhouse. It is a safe and environmentally friendly biological preparation and worth promoting in the production of large-scale green vegetables.
