2017北京春季房地产展示交易会已于4月16日在北京展览馆圆满闭幕。展会上,来自美加澳英、东南亚等30个国家和地区的近140个海外房产项目成为房展会的一大亮点。到2015年,中国大陆地区的千万资产的高净值人群已经达到约134万人,而海外房产则成为了这类人群资产保值与投资的主要方式。海外开发商在展会上的积极表现,自然归因于这庞大的海外置业市场。
2017 Beijing Spring Real Estate Fair was closed successfully at the Beijing Exhibition Center on April 16. At the show, nearly 140 overseas real estate projects from 30 countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, Australia and Southeast Asia became the highlight of the exhibition. By 2015, the high net worth of China’s tens of millions of assets has reached about 1.34 million. Overseas real estate has become the main means of preserving and investing in such assets. The positive performance of overseas developers at the show is naturally attributed to this huge offshore home market.
