The essential argument of universal ethics is that a minimal consensus concerning binding values,irrevocable standards and fundamental moral attitudes exist among all the countries,regions and ethnic groups in spite of different religions,cultures and civilizations they are related to.At present,although there are many barriers to the establishment of universal ethics,the possibilities and necessities of formulating universal ethics are still quite enormous,which can be justified from both the realistic and idealistic perspectives.
