目前全国范围内的养老问题逐渐凸显,社会保障体制承受的压力日渐增大。法定退休年龄的调整,是基本养老保险领域的一个重要问题,是我国人口结构变化带来的大势所趋,也是我国实行“现收现付”制养老保险模式的一个必然结果。本文客观分析了延迟退休年龄的必要性,论述了延迟退休制度制定时面临的困境,并提出了政策建议,以期制定出更合理、更容易被接受的延迟退休政策。
At present, the problem of pension in the country is gradually highlighted, and the pressure on the social security system is gradually increasing. The adjustment of the statutory retirement age is an important issue in the field of basic old-age insurance, the general trend of changes in the population structure in our country and an inevitable result of the implementation of the “pay-as-you-go” pension insurance system in our country. This paper objectively analyzes the necessity of delaying the retirement age, expounds the predicament faced in the formulation of the delaying retirement system, and puts forward the policy suggestions in order to formulate a more reasonable and more acceptable delayed retirement policy.
