要培养全面发展的人才,品德是灵魂,具有导向作用。学校工作应把德育工作放在学校教学工作的核心地位。当前,青少年违反伦理道德的现象时有发生,层出不穷,冲击着人们的道德底线,质问着人们的道德境界,对学校德育实效性提出质疑。作为一名教育工作者,挖掘这些现象背后的原因,是一门必修课,只有对这些现象进行反思,寻根溯源,才能提高道德教育的有效性。
To develop all-round development of talent, morality is the soul, a guide. School work should put moral education at the heart of school teaching. At present, teenagers violate the ethical morals phenomenon from time to time, emerge one after another, impacting on people's moral bottom line, asking people's moral realm and challenging the effectiveness of school moral education. As an educator, digging the reasons behind these phenomena is a compulsory course. Only by reflecting on these phenomena and tracing back their roots can we improve the effectiveness of moral education.
