在48-2的众多姊妹系中,选出不同世代的姊妹系9个,配成姊妹种和改良单交种进行比较研究。结果表明:从S3分离形成的妹妹系配成的姊妹种,有一定的优势,有利于提高制种产量,且用它们配成的改良单交种,其经济产量和主要农艺性状与对应正常单交种基本一致;同时还表明:一个自交系的同一姊妹种,对其所配的各改良单交种,具有不同的特殊配合力效应。
Among the many sibling lines of 48-2, 9 siblings of different generations were selected to make comparative studies with sister siblings and modified single crossbreds. The results showed that the sisters isolated from S3 formed sister sires, which had certain advantages, which would be beneficial to improve the seed production.
