本文连续观察了２０７只眼放射状角膜切开术后两年内视力及屈光的动态变化。术后初期绝大多数表现为远视，三天内达正常视力者仅为１９．８％。随着时间的推移，远视降低，裸眼视力上升。低中度近视术后１～３月趋于稳定，两年内视力≥５．０者达８９．５％和９２．４％。高度近视和超高度近视组术后初期视力较好，后期呈下降趋势，两年时正常视力有４９．３％和１９．０％。还报告了视力的日间波动及个体变化。
This paper continuously observed 207 eyes radial corneal incision surgery within two years after the visual acuity and refractive dynamic changes. The vast majority of early postoperative manifestations of hyperopia, normal vision within three days was only 19.8%. With the passage of time, hyperopia decreased, uncorrected visual acuity increased. Low to moderate myopia tends to be stable from January to March, with 89.5% and 92.4% of patients with visual acuity≥5.0 within two years. High myopia and ultra-high myopia group early postoperative visual acuity better, the latter part of the downward trend, two years normal vision 49.3% and 19.0%. Daytime fluctuations in eyesight and individual changes were also reported.
