用组织胞浆菌素(Histolyn-CYL,ALK/Berkeley Laboratories,美国)和PPD在南京市调查了292例当地居民或留居者,发现组织胞浆菌素皮试49例(16.78%)阳性,阳性皮肤反应直径为5.0～23.0(9.5±4.2)mm,其中正常人阳性率为15.10%,肺部疾病病人阳性率为17.74%;PPD皮试阳性率为56.16%,阳性反应直径为5～50(14.2±4.7)mm,其中正常人为59.43%,肺部疾病病人为54.30%;两种皮试均为阳性者有8.90%,组织胞浆菌素皮试阳性而PPD皮试阴性者为7.88%。结果表明南京地区存在组织胞浆菌人群感染。
