国际贸易中的贸易平衡问题成为各国采取贸易保护措施的依据,也成为某些国家制定针对中国政策的借口,但是其中存在统计方法的问题。国际上很多机构对这个问题已经引起了高度重视,并由此推出新的统计和计算方法。
The issue of trade balance in international trade has become the basis for all countries to adopt trade protection measures. It has also become an excuse for some countries to formulate policies aimed at China. However, there are problems with statistical methods. Many international organizations have drawn great attention to this issue and have introduced new statistics and calculation methods.
