根据中国联通之前颁布的iPhone4新政策,用户只有在机卡不分离,即绑定使用所购买的通信服务、USIM卡、用户号码以及iPhone终端的青况下,方可享受中国联通为客户提供的终端补贴优惠政策。而在联通正式实施新版iPhone合约计划后不久,工业和信息化部的一个表态终于让联通松了口气。这个表态语气温和,只是表示:“要求联通切实尊重和保护电信用户的合法权益,完善服务协议,提高服务质量。”目前看来,备受关注的中国联通iPhone4新政似乎躲过了一场风浪。
