新品种保护开发研究会开始工作我国自1978年(昭和53年)实施种苗法以来,引起了许多企业家、学者和技术人员的深切关注。1960年,欧洲一些先进国家首先颁布了种苗法,其后,又经过10年,美国也制定了种苗法,此后,日本也勉强通过此法,并表示愿意参加“植物新品种保护国际条约组织”(简称UPOV)。1983年9月被正式批准。
The New Variety Conservation and Development Research Society began its work. Since China implemented the Seedling Law in 1978 (Showa 53), it has caused many entrepreneurs, scholars, and technicians to pay close attention. In 1960, some advanced countries in Europe first promulgated the seedling law. Later, after another 10 years, the United States also formulated the seedling law. Since then, Japan has reluctantly passed this law, and has expressed its willingness to participate in the “International Plant Variety Protection International”. Treaty Organization (“UPOV”). September 1983 was officially approved.
