热沉是环境模拟器中用来模拟冷黑环境的核心结构,热沉的温度均匀性是其最重要的技术指标之一。本文采用数值模拟方法,对小型热真空模拟器不锈钢板式热沉进行了热力学分析。模拟结果表明:不锈钢板式热沉具有换热效率高、温差均匀性好、冷剂用量少等优点,减小不锈钢板之间的距离可以提高热沉温度均匀性,而不同进出口布置形式对热沉壁面的温度均匀性影响较小。本文得到的模拟结果,对优化热沉结构、提高温度均匀性、减少冷剂使用量具有实际意义。
The heat sink is the core structure used to simulate the cold black environment in the environment simulator. The temperature uniformity of the heat sink is one of the most important technical indexes. In this paper, the thermodynamic analysis of the stainless steel plate heat sink of a miniature thermal vacuum simulator is carried out by numerical simulation. The simulation results show that the stainless steel plate heat sink has the advantages of high heat exchange efficiency, good temperature uniformity and low dosage of the refrigerant. The reduction of the distance between the stainless steel plates can improve the uniformity of the heat sink temperature. However, Heat sink wall temperature uniformity less affected. The simulation results obtained in this paper have practical significance for optimizing heat sink structure, increasing temperature uniformity and reducing the amount of refrigerant used.
