村支书队伍建设是农村基层党建的重中之重。近些年,虽然对村支书队伍建设的力度不断在加大,但仍然存在着一些亟待改进的问题。这些间题不解决,会产生很多后遗症,甚至使我们在村支书队伍建设上白白花费大量的人力物力而功亏一篑。我把这些问题归为“四忌”。一忌重任用,轻管理。现在大家都知道好带头人无价的道理,乡镇党委也都重视对村支书的选拔。这无疑是很好的,但却普遍存在着选拔上来就万事大吉的现象。我们想一想:一个好的村支书,官谈不上大,但素质必须得高,能力必须全面。因为一个村就是一个小社会,这个村怎么发展,在很大程度上就看村支书的了。村支书得有宽广的胸怀,因为他要和各种各样的村民打交道,必须擅长做人的工作,处理与私心重的村民之间的棘手矛盾。他不能出马一条
