8月5日上午,两名中国游客因在德国国会大厦前拍照时摆出纳粹礼手势被拘捕,每人缴纳500欧元保释金后被释放。两人因为使用违宪组织标志而被提起刑事诉讼。德国对仇恨言论及与希特勒和纳粹相关的标志符号有着严格的法律约束,情节严重者将被判处3年刑罚。
On the morning of August 5, two Chinese tourists were arrested for posing a Nazi ritual when photographing in front of the German parliament building. Each person was released after paying a deposit of 500 euros. Both were brought criminal proceedings for using the constitutional unconventional sign. Germany has strict legal restrictions on hate speech and signs related to Hitler and the Nazis. In serious cases, they will be sentenced to three years’ penal punishment.
