中共中央十三届七中全会关于制定国民经济和社会发展十年规划和“八五”计划的建议,从我国的实际情况出发,提出了今后10年发展的主要奋斗目标、任务和基本指导方针。它是鼓舞全党、全国人民实现我国国民经济第二步发展战略目标的行动纲领。我们要在党中央提出的方针、任务指引下,研究北京市九十年代发展设想。
Based on the actual situation in our country, the 7th Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee Proposal on Formulation of the 10th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” put forward the main goals, tasks and basic guidelines for the development in the next 10 years . It is a program of action that will inspire all the people in the party and the entire nation to realize the strategic goal of developing the second phase of our national economy. We must study the guidelines for the development of the nineties in Beijing under the guidelines and tasks proposed by the party Central Committee.
