通过多年的设计经验及实践验证,分析了冷冲压修边模废料滑落不顺畅的原因,分析了侧修废料刀的刃口在不同坐标系下的加工区别及造成的影响。从工艺设计、模具结构设计和加工工艺的角度出发,梳理了废料刀的各种排布形式及安装方式,并整理出废料刀在不同排布形式下的设计要点及具体解决方案。采用开口式的侧修废料刀工艺设计思路和一字型的废料刀模具结构设计,并在此基础上配合对应的五轴加工工艺,从而能从根本上解决废料滑落不顺畅的问题。
Through years of design experience and practical verification, the reasons for the non-smooth sliding of the trimming die with cold stamping are analyzed, and the differences and the influences caused by the cutting edges of the side cutter in different coordinate systems are analyzed. From the perspectives of process design, mold structure design and processing technology, various arrangements and installation methods of scrap knives were summarized, and the design points and specific solutions of scrap knives in different arrangements were sorted out. The adoption of the open lateral repair waste knife technology design ideas and the word waste knife mold structure design, and on this basis with the corresponding five-axis processing technology, which can fundamentally solve the problem of waste slipping is not smooth.
