三人民群众的创造力量,只有在共产党的领导下在社会主义革命和共产主义建设条件下才能得到充分发挥历史唯物主义认为,人民群众是历史的创造者,这是无疑义的。可是人民群众的创造力量,能否得到充分的发挥,这还要看具体的历史条件如何。事实证明,并不是在任何历史条件下,人民群众的创造力量都能够得到同样的发挥。在阶级社会里,反动的统治阶级是不能够让群众的创造力量得到发挥的;而相反,群众的创造力量是要受到极大限制以至于严重摧残
The creative power of the three popular masses can be fully utilized only under the leadership of the Communist Party under the conditions of the socialist revolution and communist construction. Historical materialism believes that the masses of people are the creators of history. This is undoubtedly the case. However, whether or not the creative power of the people can be fully realized depends on the specific historical conditions. Facts have proved that it is not in any historical conditions that the masses of people’s creative power can be given equal play. In a class society, the reactionary ruling class can not allow the creative forces of the masses to be brought into play. On the contrary, the masses’ creativity is severely limited and severely devastated
