医源性砷中毒引起皮肤癌和内脏癌较少见,特别是引起伴有恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的多原发癌,国内文献尚未见报道。现报告一例,并结合文献进行初步讨论。
Iatrogenic arsenic poisoning causes skin cancer and visceral cancer are rare, especially caused by multiple primary cancer associated with malignant fibrous histiocytoma, the domestic literature has not been reported. A case report is now reported and a preliminary discussion is made based on the literature.
