一九九二年十二月三日上午,伍亮副市长主持召开组建珠江钢铁公司筹备会议,参加会议的有市计委、市经济建设发展公司、市冶金工业总公司、香港越秀企业有限公司、广州经济技术开发区、广州国际信托投资公司及珠江钢厂筹建指挥部等单位有关领导同志。会议首先由珠钢筹建指挥部总指挥李本初同志汇报珠江钢铁公司的组建情况,与会同志进行了讨论,决定事项如下:一、如组建珠江钢铁股价公司时间长,可先成立珠江钢铁有限公司,同时要积极准备,待条件具备再改为股价公司(以下简称公司)。
