我干巡道工20年,连续15年被路局、分局评为优秀共产党员、先进生产者、最佳职工、学雷锋先进个人,先后荣获全国劳动模范、全国五一劳动奖章、甘肃省劳动模范,铁道部劳动模范、铁路标兵、火车头奖章等称号和荣誉。在我管辖的7公里长的路段上,就有5座隧道。我在这段路上查轨缝,看夹板,紧螺栓,不敢有一丝一毫的马虎。特别是在隧道里面,光线不好,要跪在地上用手一寸一寸地摸。隆冬季节,钢轨、道岔、夹板非常容易折断,往往要砸开冰层修部件。每年开春,乌鞘岭积雪融化,一些隧道漏水结冰,枕木零件被冰块埋住。要保证行车安全,还得用手把螺栓周围的冰块一点一点地抠掉,拧紧螺丝,钉好道钉,直到确信没啥问题才离开。天冷风大,摸过冰的手又红又肿,说不清是冷还是烧,我就不停地用嘴吹。端饭的时候手都发抖。尽管如此,我还是坚持“在岗一分钟,
