过来的档案学教科书在论述档案工作性质的时候,强调了档案工作的政治性、管理性和服务性。这当然是不错的。但是随着档案事业的发展,这种论述显得不够了。还应该清醒地看到,档案工作具有很强的社会性。认识档案工作的社会性,对于增强社会的档案意识,依靠社会的重视和努力,保护和开发档案信息资源,建设富强、民主、文明的现代化社会主义国家具有重要的意义。
Archival textbooks come in the discussion of the nature of archival work, emphasizing the political work of the file, management and service. This is of course not bad. However, with the development of archives, this argument is not enough. It should also be sobering to see that archival work is highly social. Recognizing the sociality of archives work is of great significance to enhancing the awareness of archives in the society, relying on the attention and efforts of the community, protecting and developing archival information resources, and building a prosperous, democratic and civilized modern socialist country.
