高压旋喷灌浆技术已由主要用于地基加固发展到用于桩基施工事故的处理,尤其是岩溶发育地区桩基施工事故处理中。福建龙长高速公路山窝岗大桥施工中,应用高压旋喷技术成功地完成了已灌注桩桩底持力层及桩侧溶洞的加固处理。文章对使用该技术处理桩底持力层溶洞事故的方法进行了介绍。实践表明,高压喷射注浆技术是一种非常有效的方法,能节省施工工期,并取得良好的技术、经济效益。
High-pressure jet grouting technology has been mainly used for the reinforcement of the foundation to the pile for the construction of the accident, especially in the karst area pile foundation construction accident treatment. Fujian Long Highway Shatin Kong Bridge construction, the application of high-pressure rotary jet technology has successfully completed the filling layer of piles and piles at the bottom of the pile cave reinforcement. The paper introduces the method of using this technology to deal with the cave accident in the bottom holding layer. Practice shows that high-pressure jet grouting technology is a very effective method to save construction time, and achieved good technical and economic benefits.
