Dear Delegates, Ladies and Gentlemen, Today I was lucky enough to lead a delegation to attend the 1993 Spring Conference organized by the Bureau of International Recycling, and I hereby, on behalf of China Materials Recycling Corporation and China’s material recycling industry, allow me to wish The conference was a complete success.
