英语阅读能力是英语语言输入的重要途径之一,英语阅读能力的高低直接决定英语学习者获得语言信息量的大小,直接决定语言学习效果的强弱。一些学生由于不良的阅读习惯,缺少科学的阅读方法,阅读理解能力还有待提高。因此,本文通过分析学生阅读的现状,从激发学生阅读兴趣、培养良好阅读习惯、总结阅读方法和丰富文化背景知识等方面,对提高英语阅读能力提出建议。
English reading ability is one of the important ways of English language input. The level of English reading ability directly determines the size of English language learners to obtain the amount of language information, which directly determines the strength of language learning. Some students due to poor reading habits, lack of scientific reading methods, reading comprehension needs to be improved. Therefore, by analyzing the current situation of students’ reading, this article gives suggestions on how to improve students’ English reading ability by stimulating students’ reading interest, developing good reading habits, summarizing reading methods and enriching cultural background knowledge.
