采用原子吸收光谱分析法,对闸北区和南汇县中风高危人群(SPP)血清微量元素Zn,Cu,Fe和常量元素Ca,Mg含量作了抽样调查。结果发现闸北区SPP的Cu,Ca,Ca/Mg明显低于南汇县SPP和对照组,而Zn,Fe,Mg,Zn/Cu则高于南汇和对照组。Ca,Ca/Mg与血压呈负相关,而Zn/Cu与血压呈正相关;Ca/Mg与身体指数和胆固醇呈负相关;Zn,Fe,Zn/Cu与红细胞压积呈正相关;Ca,Ca/Mg与低密度脂蛋白呈负相关;Zn,Fe,Zn/Cu与增龄呈正相关。提示脑中风发病与Cu.Ca较低而Zn,Pe,Mg较高有密切的关系。
Atomic absorption spectroscopy was used to investigate the contents of trace elements Zn, Cu, Fe and Ca, Mg in high risk population of stroke in Zhabei District and Nanhui County. The results showed that SPP Cu, Ca, Ca / Mg in Zhabei District were significantly lower than that in Nanhui County SPP and control group, while Zn, Fe, Mg, Zn / Cu were higher than those in Nanhui and control groups. Ca, Ca and Mg were negatively correlated with blood pressure, while Zn / Cu was positively correlated with blood pressure; Ca / Mg was negatively correlated with body index and cholesterol; Zn, Fe and Zn / Cu were positively correlated with hematocrit; Mg was negatively correlated with LDL, while Zn, Fe and Zn / Cu were positively correlated with age.
