随着国企的不断发展壮大,绩效考核在企业经营管理中的地位与作用日趋重要,但大多数国企在绩效考核方面做的都不是太好,因此,进一步增进对国企绩效考核工作的了解,客观分析并总结国企绩效考核工作存在的问题,已成为国企经营管理工作中的当务之急。有鉴于此,本文对绩效考核在国企实施过程中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了一些对策。
