一般在使用手把式鑽探机进行鑽进时,当深度超过200公尺后就需要按裝平衡器来保证工作顺利进行。但过去使用的平衡器多是用手来調整的,这样不仅需用人力而同时也不方便。針对这种情况102勘探队李連奎同志研究設計了一种适合KA—2M—300型鑽机使用的自动調整平衡裝置。本文拟將它的構造和作用原理加以扼要介紹,并在設計原理上作一試算探討。希望能引起从事这一方面工作的同志們注意,以进一步的研究和試作,使这一裝置能很快的应用在生产实踐中。
In general, when using a hand-held drill machine for drilling, when the depth exceeds 200 meters, it is necessary to install a balancer to ensure smooth operation. However, the balancers used in the past were mostly adjusted by hand, which not only required manpower but was also inconvenient. In view of this situation, 102 exploration team Li Liankui researched and designed an automatic adjustment and balance device suitable for use with the KA-2M-300 drilling rig. This article intends to briefly introduce its structure and action principle, and make a trial calculation on the design principle. It is hoped that the comrades who are engaged in this work will be aware that further research and trial production will enable this device to be quickly applied in production practice.
