高炉煤气(主要成分为CO气体)是钢铁企业在高炉炼铁生产过程中产生的一种副产品,并在生产过程中加以回收和利用。但是,由于煤气的特性,在生产和使用过程中由于操作不当易发生煤气中毒事故。其中毒机理为:CO气体进入肺泡后,通过气体交换进入血液循环系统,使血红蛋白转变为碳氧血红蛋白,此时血液失去携带氧气的能力而致人缺氧死亡。某厂近年来连续发生数起煤气中毒死亡事故,反映出企业在管理上的不足和安全防护措施上的不力。笔者就其中一例具有代表性的事故进行分析,找出事故发生的一些规律,供有关单位参考。
Blast furnace gas, whose main component is CO gas, is a by-product of the iron and steel industry in the production of blast furnace iron and is recycled and utilized in the production process. However, due to the characteristics of gas, gas poisoning accidents easily occur due to improper operation during production and use. The poisoning mechanism: CO gas into the alveoli, the gas exchange into the blood circulation system, so that hemoglobin into carboxyhemoglobin, when the loss of oxygen carrying capacity of blood caused by human hypoxia death. In recent years, several factories have been successively killed several gas poisoning fatal accidents, reflecting the lack of management in enterprises and safety precautions. The author analyzes one of the representative accidents and finds out some rules of the accident for the reference of relevant units.
