超声波在空气中传播能力很弱。检查时若探头与皮肤之间有空气存在,则超声波大部分被反射回来,将大大减少超声透入人体量而影响反射波的准确性。根据这个原理,我们利用中药白芨和液体石腊油制成了“白芨超声乳剂”。将其适量挤在皮肤上,然后将探头按在乳剂上。即产生超声反射波。经我院临床200余例试用。证明“超声乳剂”的反射波与透入人体的反射波一样,值得推广。现将“白芨超声乳剂”的制备工艺介绍如下:
