目的建立同时测定厚朴温中汤中山姜素、和厚朴酚、小豆蔻明及厚朴酚的反相高效液相色谱法。方法Scienhome C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.5%醋酸水溶液(75∶25);体积流量:1.0mL/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:294nm;进样量:10μL,按外标法计算。结果在上述条件下,山姜素、和厚朴酚、小豆蔻明、厚朴酚分别在1.14~22.8、0.9~18、0.16~3.2、1.9~38μg/mL呈良好的线性关系,加样回收率分别为97.7%~100.3%、97.3%~98.7%、90.0%~100.0%、98.6%~99.3%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为厚朴温中汤质量控制的有效方法。
Objective To establish a reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the simultaneous determination of gypsum, honokiol, cardamophyll and honokiol in Magnolia officinale. Method Scienhome C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: methanol-0.5% acetic acid aqueous solution (75∶25); volume flow rate: 1.0mL/min; column temperature: 25°C; detection wavelength: 294nm; sample volume : 10μL, calculated by external standard method. Results Under the above conditions, Shanjiangsu, honokiol, cardamophyll and honokiol showed good linear relationships at 1.14 to 22.8, 0.9 to 18, 0.16 to 3.2, and 1.9 to 38 μg/mL, respectively. The rates were 97.7% to 100.3%, 97.3% to 98.7%, 90.0% to 100.0%, and 98.6% to 99.3%, respectively. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used as an effective method for the quality control of soup in Magnolia.
