青鱼又称青鲩、螺蛳青,是我国四大家鱼之一,肉厚刺少,经济价值较高,属底栖肉食性鱼类。1.养殖环境要求(1)养殖池塘青鱼鱼种培育隔水池塘,要选择水源充足,排灌方便,无污染源,通风向阳,交通便利,要求水深保持1.5~2.5米,面积3~5亩(1亩=667平方米,下同),池埂坚实,不漏水渗水。要求具备动力电源,配备3千瓦叶轮式增氧机1台,投饵机1台。(2)清塘消毒养殖池塘
