“十一五”的句号已经圆满画下。在过去5年里,贵州省国有资产监督管理委员会认真履行出资人的职责,落实国有资产保值增值的责任,促使监管企业资产年均保值增值率达112%,监管企业发展进入了加速期,整体实力跃上了一个新台阶,为全省经济社会发展做出了突出贡献。据统计,2005—2010年,贵州省国资委监管企业主要经济指标翻了一番以上,监管企业资产总额从916亿元增加到2083亿元,营业收入从365亿元增长到1008亿元,利润总从30亿元增长

In the past five years, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guizhou Province conscientiously performed its duties as a contributor, implemented the responsibility for maintaining and increasing the value of state-owned assets, and promoted the annual average value-preserving and accumulative rate of supervised corporate assets to 112%. The supervision of enterprise development has entered an accelerated period. The strength has leapt to a new level and made outstanding contributions to the province’s economic and social development. According to statistics, from 2005 to 2010, the main economic indicators of the supervision enterprises of the Guizhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission more than doubled, the total assets of the supervision enterprises increased from 91.6 billion yuan to 208.3 billion yuan, and the operating income increased from 36.5 billion yuan to 100.8 billion yuan.
