关键绩效指标法(Key Performance Indicator,简称KPI)是把对绩效的评估简化为对几个关键指标的考核,将关键指标当作评估标准,把员工的绩效与关键指标做出比较的评估方法。KPI是现代组织中受到普遍重视的绩效考评方法,它可以使主要责任得到明确,使绩效考评建立在量化的基础之上,使考核方法更加客观、具体、科学。将KPI移植到高职高专实训课程效果评价上,以物流管理专业为例,运用KPI构建实训课程评价体系,这将对于改善实训课程效果评价、提高实训课程教学质量,具有重要的现实意义。
