我所于1964年遇见一因静脉注射溴化钙所致心搏骤停之病例,报告如下:李××,男,36岁,工人。于1964年4月18日因患皮疹,全身搔痒而来我所门诊。患者平素健康。无心悸、气喘、咳嗽、浮肿、关节肿痛等病史,也无服用洋地黄类药物史。门诊检查:体温36.5℃(腋),脉搏80次/分,血压120/80毫米汞柱,心肺未见异常,肝脾未扪及。经予5％溴化钙10毫升,静脉注射,以1毫升/每分钟速度推注,当注入3毫升时,患者感觉头晕,胸闷,面色苍白,口唇紫绀,经几次浅短的痉
