探讨玻璃体内药物注射治疗细菌性眼内炎效果。方法 :回顾分析细菌性眼内炎 1989～ 1991年用传统常规方法治疗 ( 组 ) 4 5例与 1997年 3月～ 1999年 3月用玻璃体内药物注射 ( 组 )联合传统常规方法治疗 30例的结果对比。结果 : 组显效16 .7% ,有效率 40 % , 组显效率 2 .2 % ,有效率 11.1% ,两组间有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :玻璃体内药物注射联合传统常规治疗对治疗细菌性眼内炎有较好的效果。对广大基层医院有实用价值
To investigate the effect of intravitreal injection in the treatment of bacterial endophthalmitis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of bacterial endophthalmitis in 1989 ~ 1991 by conventional methods of treatment (group) 45 cases and March 1997 ~ March 1999 with intravitreal drug injection (group) combined with the conventional method of treatment of 30 cases Comparative Results. Results: The effective rate was 16.7%, the effective rate was 40%, the effective rate was 2. 2% and the effective rate was 11.1%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Intravitreal drug injection combined with the traditional routine treatment of bacterial endophthalmitis has a good effect. The grassroots hospitals have practical value
