分析了大排气量单涡圈涡旋式机械设计中存在的问题,进而提出双涡圈以及多涡圈的几何理论以及结构参数的设计计算方法.通过对单涡圈、双涡圈和多涡圈的容积特性比较,得出采用双涡圈或多涡圈理论设计涡旋机械,既可以达到减少回转半径、降低滑动面摩擦速度及降低磨损,又可以不减少有效吸气容积.从而可采用提高转速的方法来提高排气量,为大排气量涡旋机械的开发提供了理论基础.
The problems existing in the design of single vortex scroll machines with large exhaust volume are analyzed. Then the geometrical theory of double vortex ring and multi-vortex ring and the design and calculation method of structural parameters are proposed. By comparing the volumetric characteristics of single vortex ring, double vortex ring and multi-vortex ring, it is concluded that the design of vortex machine by double vortex ring or multi-vortex ring can not only reduce the radius of gyration, reduce the friction velocity of the sliding surface and reduce the wear, You can not reduce the effective inspiratory volume.
