众所周知,目前我国许多国有棉纺企业效益低下的原因之一,就是为高额的生产成本所累:棉花价格的上涨始终走在纱布产品价格上涨之前;劳动密集型注定工费(包括社会统筹等)成本的居高不下;历史债务的沉重已使企业没有喘息的机会。
