经盐浴炉加热淬火的工件,其表面均敷着一层厚度不等的残盐,用碱水与中性盐的水解作用去除,或者喷砂冲刷工件来去除,都不能彻底除去。现介绍一种利用碱水水解和喷砂两者的优点,设计制造的半自动清洗机,如附图所示。其主要技术参数为: 溶液加热功率18KW,电热器5支,三侧面均布;喷头2个,上下布置,水孔ρ2.5×185个;喷水压力294~343KPa;工作室有效容积500×500×450mm。经一年的生产验证,清洗效果极佳。
