武汉市生态文明建设,应按照“在发展中保护,在保护中发展”的理念,深入推进主要污染物总量减排,着力抓好水、大气、重金属、农业面源等污染防治,大力改善城乡环境质量,全力维护生态环境安全,加快解决影响科学发展和损害群众健康的突出环境问题,为建设“魅力江城、美丽武汉,建设国家中心城市”提供良好的环境保障。如何实现以上目标,笔者作了些思考:
